Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to Zone Deals, including seller, buyer, Telegram channel, subscription, verification and protected-deal features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator and contact

Zone Deals is operated by PARTNERCIS, s.r.o., Company ID 292 63 077, registered office Školská 1736/12, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, registered under file C 68886 at the Regional Court in Brno.

2. What Zone Deals provides

Zone Deals provides technical workspaces for presenting seller and channel information, recording item and transaction evidence, organising protected deals, showing safety and trust signals, and connecting users with supported payment or escrow providers. Unless a checkout or deal screen expressly says otherwise, Zone Deals is not the seller of a listed item, does not take title to it, and is not a party to the underlying sale between buyer and seller.

Ownership verification confirms control of an account or channel at a point in time. Profile Strength, Trust Scores, technical checks, reviews and recommendations are information signals only. They are not endorsements, identity guarantees, financial advice, or guarantees that a transaction will succeed.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter the relevant agreement. You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and promptly update important contact information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security.

4. Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, condition, description, price, delivery and fulfilment of the items or services they offer. Sellers must disclose material limitations, use only payment routes shown for the deal, and cooperate with reasonable verification, delivery and dispute requests. A seller must not manipulate reviews, ownership checks or platform signals.

5. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers must review the deal description and evidence, use the unique protected link, follow the displayed payment and receipt steps, inspect delivery promptly, and provide truthful evidence if a problem occurs. Buyers should not send money through an unverified route or rely on contact details copied outside the relevant protected deal.

6. Payments and escrow

Payment, escrow and payout services may be supplied by independent providers under their own terms, identity checks, fees, limits, supported countries and dispute rules. The deal screen and checkout identify the available route. Zone Deals does not hold client funds or promise escrow protection unless the specific transaction clearly states that an activated provider escrow applies. Provider status may control funding, release, refund or cancellation.

Platform, provider and seller amounts are shown before the relevant confirmation when available. Do not complete a payment if the recipient, amount, currency or protection status does not match the protected deal.

7. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Paid plan prices, billing periods, included features, taxes and any trial are shown on the pricing or checkout page before purchase. A trial may be limited to one use per eligible account. Unless cancelled under the displayed billing rules, a recurring subscription renews for the stated period. You can use the subscription workspace or contact support for available management and cancellation options.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to a distance contract, the applicable period and any lawful exception or request for immediate performance will be presented through checkout or the order confirmation. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use Zone Deals for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, unsafe or abusive activity; prohibited goods or services; laundering or circumvention of sanctions; malware or unauthorised access; harvesting personal data; impersonation; fabricated evidence; manipulation of scores or reviews; or attempts to bypass payment, verification, moderation, entitlement or security controls.

9. User content, evidence and reviews

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Zone Deals a non-exclusive licence to store, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate and improve the requested service. Public profile and review content may be displayed to visitors; private evidence remains restricted to authorised workflows. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to upload content that includes another person or third-party material.

We may remove, restrict or preserve content when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, intellectual-property claims, fraud prevention or dispute handling.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law or provider requirements, or address a material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a route to contact support. You may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to unsettled deals, disputes, legal retention and provider obligations.

11. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a secure and reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, hosting, Telegram, payment, escrow or other third-party systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zone Deals is not responsible for the independent conduct of buyers, sellers, channel operators or third-party providers, or for losses caused by inaccurate user content or payments made outside the displayed protected route.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where the law so provides.

12. Intellectual property

The Zone Deals name, interface, software, original text, graphics and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of the platform.

13. Privacy

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Public seller and channel data should be limited to information intended for publication. Private payment details, credentials and protected evidence must not be posted in public profiles or reviews.

14. Complaints and disputes

Please contact info@partnercis.cz first so we can review a service complaint. An eligible Czech or EU consumer may also use the competent alternative dispute-resolution body. In the Czech Republic, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority provides ADR information at coi.gov.cz. This does not limit the right to use a competent court.

15. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Czech law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Courts have jurisdiction as determined by mandatory law. We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be identified on this page and, where appropriate, communicated before they take effect.
